Traction Media – Returns & Refund Policy
- Introduction
At Traction Media, we take pride in delivering high-quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or receive a faulty item, we are here to help. This Returns & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns are accepted and the steps to follow.
2. Delivery Information:
- Delivery Time: The delivery time for your order is subject to the availability of stock. While we strive to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. For items in stock, we aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days. If an item is out of stock or stock is not held we will dispatch your order as soon as possible.
- Stock Availability: Please be aware that Traction Media does not hold stock for most of our brands. In such cases, the delivery time may vary, for non-stocked goods we aim to deliver orders within 3-4 weeks.
- Estimated Delivery: Customers should allow approximately 4 weeks for their orders to arrive. We understand the importance of your order, and we assure you that we will make every effort to get your items to you as soon as possible.
3. Returns Eligibility
3.1 Custom Orders (Non-Returnable)
- Due to the personalised nature of custom-made stickers and clothing, these items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless faulty or incorrect due to our error.
3.2 Non-Custom Products (Eligible for Returns)
- Standard, non-customised sticker kits and clothing items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- The return has been approved in writing by Traction Media before the item is sent back.
3.3 Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return or replacement.
4. Return Shipping & Costs
4.1 If the return is due to a Traction Media error (e.g., faulty or incorrect item):
- We will arrange return shipping, but the customer may need to drop off the item at a designated location.
- Refunds, replacements, or store credit will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
4.2 If the return is due to a customer’s change of mind:
- The customer must cover the return shipping costs.
- The return must be pre-approved in writing before sending the item back.
- A refund or store credit will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
5. Resolution Options
5.1 For eligible returns, we offer the following resolutions:
- Replacements: Our preferred resolution, where possible.
- Refunds: Processed to the original payment method.
- Store Credit: Issued for future purchases if preferred.
6. How to Request a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Photos of the product (if faulty or incorrect)

Returns & Exchanges:

- Customised & Made To Order Products: We regret to inform you that customized products cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check your order details, including sizing and customization options, before completing your purchase.
- Size Guides: We strongly recommend that customers consult our size guides before placing an order to ensure the correct fit. Returns due to sizing issues for non-customized items will be accepted at the customer’s expense. Returns due to sizing issues for customized or made to order products are not eligible for refund or exhange.
- Return Process: If you wish to return a non-customized item, please notify Traction Media via email at elliot@tractionmedia.uk before returning the item. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. For returned items, refunds will be issued minus the original delivery fee.
- Exchanges: Exchanges are possible for non-customized products. If you need a different size or colour, please follow the return process mentioned above and place a new order for the desired item.

Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
